We may disclose all of the customer information we collect on customers and former customers to other

Network Funding affiliates, including NFC Insurance Agency, Inc. If you prefer that we do not disclose your

nonpublic personal information to our affiliates, including NFC Insurance Agency, Inc., you may “opt out” of

this information sharing. By opting out, you prevent us from sharing this information with our affiliates and

nonaffiliated companies. If you wish to opt out of the sharing of information, you may call us toll free at 1-800-

241-6203 or visit the nearest Network Funding office to ask us not to share customer information. Please be

aware that this choice is limited: it does not cover information we are permitted by law to share with other

Network Funding companies.

You may not opt out of sharing of certain nonpublic personal information with third parties. This includes

information required by law, or when we suspect fraudulent or criminal activities. We may also disclose your

personal information when otherwise permitted by applicable privacy laws, such as when disclosure is needed

to enforce our rights arising out of any agreement, transaction, or relationship with you.
